Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are a contract between GlassBridge IT Solutions (“Glassbridge IT”, “we”, “us”) and the laundry business that creates a LaundryCloud account (“you”, “the shop”). They cover the LaundryCloud website, shop registration, and the admin, customer, and rider software we provide for your shop.
By creating an account, confirming your email, or continuing to use LaundryCloud, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
Our office is at 69 M Lozada St., Sto Rosario Kanluran, Pateros, Metro Manila, Philippines. Email inquiry@glassbridgeit.com or call +639055141742.
2. The service
LaundryCloud is software for a laundry shop. It lets customers book a pickup or drop-off, lets riders collect and return bags, and lets staff move each order through wash, dry, fold, and ready for delivery. It also records weights, prices, payments, and receipts.
We provide the software. You provide the laundry service. Customers who book through your shop URL are your customers. Their contract for washing, pickup, delivery, pricing, and lost or damaged items is with you, not with GlassBridge IT Solutions.
3. Who may sign up
You may create a shop account only if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are registering a real laundry business you are allowed to operate in the Philippines
- The information you submit is accurate and kept up to date
- You will not create an account for anyone else without their permission
LaundryCloud is not offered to children. You must not invite a minor to be an admin, staff member, rider, or customer account holder.
4. Your account and shop URL
Registration asks for a shop name, a shop URL, an email address, and a password of at least 8 characters. We email a 6-digit code to confirm the address. The shop is created when that code is confirmed.
- The shop URL uses letters, numbers, and single hyphens, up to 20 characters. Some words are reserved and cannot be used.
- One license applies to a single shop URL. You may not use one subscription to run additional shops or additional public URLs.
- You are responsible for every admin, staff member, and rider you add, and for removing access when someone leaves.
- You must keep the password confidential and tell us promptly at inquiry@glassbridgeit.com if you believe the account was used without permission.
- We may refuse a shop name or URL that is unlawful, misleading, or confusingly close to another shop or to LaundryCloud.
5. Fees
The price published on the LaundryCloud site is the price of the subscription:
- The fee is ₱1.00 per completed booking.
- A booking counts when its status is completed, and only in the calendar month it was completed.
- In-progress and canceled bookings are not counted. Admins, staff, and riders are free.
- The shop is billed at the end of each month. One license applies to a single shop URL.
The billing period is the calendar month shown on the invoice. Fees are in Philippine pesos and are exclusive of any tax we are required to add. We will show the amount due on an invoice before you pay.
Subscription payments are collected through PayMongo, using the methods PayMongo offers at the time of payment, or by another method we specify on the invoice. Customer laundry payments (online through PayMongo, or cash and other amounts you collect at pickup) are your revenue. Those amounts are not our subscription fee. PayMongo’s own fees for processing a payment are separate and are described by PayMongo.
If an invoice is not paid by the date we state, we may suspend the shop’s ability to take new bookings until the invoice is paid. We will email the shop address before suspension when we have a working email on the account. Suspension does not erase your records. We may end the subscription if an invoice stays unpaid.
6. Changes to price
We may change the price per completed booking. A new rate applies to months that start after we announce it. It does not rewrite invoices already issued. We will post the new price on the site and email the shop owner before the new rate applies. If you do not agree, you may close the account before the next cycle.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Run your laundry business in line with Philippine law, including consumer, tax, labor, and data-privacy rules that apply to you
- Set honest service descriptions, service areas, weights, and prices in the software
- Honor bookings you accept, including pickup windows and delivery you tell the customer you will provide
- Use customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and order details only to perform and support the laundry service, and as described in the Privacy Policy
- Give your customers a way to ask about their order, a charge, or their personal information
- Keep staff and rider access limited to people who need it
- Pay subscription invoices when due
You are responsible for cash you collect, for refunds you promise your customers, and for items in your care. LaundryCloud records the status and the payment. It does not insure garments and it does not employ your riders or staff.
8. Acceptable use
You may not, and you may not allow anyone using your shop to:
- Break the law, or use LaundryCloud to harass, defraud, or mislead a customer or rider
- Upload malware, probe or scan the service, or try to access another shop’s data
- Share passwords, resell the subscription, or present LaundryCloud as your own product
- Overload the service, or use bots to create accounts or bookings except through features we provide
- Store personal information you have no right to store, including information about children
- Remove notices of our ownership from the software
We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these rules. Where we can do so safely, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it first.
9. Your data and our software
You keep ownership of the shop content you and your customers submit, including shop settings, customer profiles, addresses, bookings, and receipts. You give us a limited right to host, copy, display, and process that content only so we can provide LaundryCloud, keep backups, and meet the law.
LaundryCloud, its name, logo, and the software itself belong to GlassBridge IT Solutions. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for one shop URL while the subscription is in good standing. You do not receive any other right in our intellectual property.
If you close the account, you may ask us to export your operational records before we delete them. We may keep copies we are required to keep for tax, accounting, security, or dispute records, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability
We work to keep LaundryCloud available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you did not tell us about. Maintenance, internet failures, PayMongo or email outages, and events outside our control can interrupt the service.
Features may change as we improve the product. If we discontinue a feature a shop relies on for bookings or billing, we will give reasonable notice when we can.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent Philippine law allows, GlassBridge IT Solutions is not liable for lost profits, lost garments, missed pickups, customer refunds, or other indirect or consequential loss, even if we knew it was possible. Our total liability arising out of the subscription in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us for that shop during those 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law does not allow that limitation. The laundry service you provide to your customers remains your responsibility.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify GlassBridge IT Solutions against claims, damages, and reasonable costs that arise from your laundry operations, from content or personal information you submit without a right to do so, or from your breach of these terms, except to the extent the claim was caused by our own breach or negligence.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using LaundryCloud and ask us to close the shop by emailing inquiry@glassbridgeit.com from the owner address. Closure ends the right to use that shop URL. Fees already invoiced for a period that has started remain due.
We may suspend or close a shop if:
- An invoice remains unpaid after notice
- You break these terms or use the service in a way that risks other shops, customers, or the platform
- We are required to do so by law
Sections that by their nature should continue, including fees already earned, ownership, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law, survive closure.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is material, we will email the shop owner before it takes effect. Continuing to use LaundryCloud after the effective date means you accept the update. If you do not accept it, close the account before that date.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes that we cannot resolve by contacting each other first shall be brought in the proper courts of Metro Manila, unless a law that protects you requires a different venue.
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver of that right.
Questions about these terms: inquiry@glassbridgeit.com. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
